Loss adjuster

Helped me a lot with the lawyers and the horrendous insurance company AAMI. Gave me a Toyota Corolla as a hire car which drives smoothly. Fixed the front and the back of my car in about a week. I am very grateful

I was initially referred to JP by a family member after a positive and easy experience. JP has gone above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle’s issues on a number of occasions and has done a quality job every time.

As a loss adjuster, they issued their report based only their assumption.Their report didn't include FACT and Truth. It has only assumption.For example, our pool has a cover. They said the pool is not maintained. How do they know? Due to their poor report, our claim was declined. DO NOT put your assumption in the report.Our garden was destroyed by a large volume of water. But, he said a large volume of water was dispersed and he ignored our damage.How did he know if a large volume of water was dispersed without damage? It's just their assumption.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with.Thirteen months trying to get my claim resolved and just as many different assessor’s dealing with me.Every time I speak to someone they are different and have no idea about my claim.A totally useless company,I hope I never have to deal with them again once this saga is finally finished.

This company of loss adjusters/engineers need to be more transparent and disclose their accreditation and license details. They supply false and incorrect reports to insurance companies and claim that their representatives are licenced Structural Engineers. Fair Trading could not find a structural Engineers license for them on their register.They do not return phone calls and they do not supply true and honest reports following their inspections. If Gio and other insurers send these people to your premises, be aware and have your builder and Engineer present during the inspection. Shame on you Crawford & Company and shame on Insurance companies that use your services.If Crawford's returned my phone calls or replied to my emails and provide me with the license and accreditation details of their representative who carried out the inspection, then this complaint would not have been necessary, I was totally ignored and no Structural Engineer license and accreditation was provided to me. A qualified licensed structural Engineer would know the difference between a brick veneer/single brick and a double brick dwelling. A structural Engineer would know the difference between a crack in a pathway and an expansion joint. A Qualified and Licensed Structural Engineer would know what unretrieved formwork is. There is absolutely no evidence ofmovement of soils over a period of time. The damage to our home was caused by water damage" we sustained during the storm event in February/March last year. Our footings and Piers are sound and have not moved

Alexandra (Ally) handled my claim and she was absolutely incredible. The customer service skills she displays simply cannot be taught, and stem from being a beautiful and kind person. Good luck if Allianz sends you to Crawford - be prepared to email and call constantly to get progress...

These guys were used by my insurance company and i have never come across a less professional organisation. Would not respond to emails or phone and delivered a report with a different address, appearing to try and deny a claim by not undertaking a proper assessment. Could only recommend to your enemy.
