Gorgeous mirror!! So many compliments on it and it’s increased my air bnb bookings so much already. Packaging was great and the owner delivered the mirror himself and helped me bring it into my apartment. Will 100% buy from them again. Great communication, great price.

Prices are good. Though the person in store seemed more inclined to sit on his computer than to come out and talk to customers. We went there to buy mirrors, but that obviously didn't happen.

I bought 3 of these for a recent renovation of our main bathroom and en-suite. I bought 1 Sphere 600D and one 600DB for our en-suite and a Sphere 800DB for the main bathroom. The sound quality is very poor, sounds like an old plastic 80s cassette tape and the lights on the D and DB are 2 different colours! The demister function only de fogs a small rectangular space in the top part of the mirror. The buttons that you press to turn on the light glow so bright in the night we have to keep the bathroom door shut. I paid $2,600 for the 3 of these. They look gorgeous but I’m pretty disappointed with the functionality.

We purchased a sideboard from this company and paid for delivery. When it was delivered it was not to the same standard. They took it back and it was agreed that we would have the one on display on the floor of their shop. We had to wait another month for delivery and they did not deliver the one we agreed on. When I visited the shop the gentleman owner was rude and aggressive. His staff are lovely and I feel sorry for them. My advice is do not shop here!! We have been delivered a sideboard that is not of the same standard as the one on display.

Poor and ability to provide a water proof window. Three years of 'fixing' and still have water gushing through the window every time it rains. Numerous visits - 0 times we've had a water proof window when it rains. The rest of the windows in our build also shake throughout the house all the time, and are so thin they provide ZERO sound barrier between inside and outside. May as well use glad wrap and gaffa tape. Not one to leave a bad review but we've had nothing but issues with these windows and the lack of effective customer service and am sick of cleaning up the mess!

The glass in my sliding patio door was accidentally broken and All Glass staff who attended were punctual and friendly. A small problem with the alignment of the repaired door was fixed by Angus promptly and cheerfully shortly after I reported it. Overall excellent service.
