Tweedle, what can I say… to be honest I was scared, anxious and nervous when I first arrived there for the PASDS programme with my daughter and when I left I didn’t want to as you all felt like family and the centre felt like home. I would especially like to thank Joanne, Andy, Charlotte, Sav and AJ without you guys around me I don’t know how I would of coped. I learnt so much and the support was there when I needed it. I highly recommend this place as it feels like a friendly family environment and they are so supportive on helping you meet and learn your child’s needs. If I need help in the future I’m definitely coming back. Again thank you to all staff, support people and AJ the therapy dog.

Really enjoyed our experience here, everyone is so bubbly and happy which is so good for the sick kids, takes your mind off of the reason you are there.

We had a comfortable 3 night residential stay. The nurses and staff were friendly, accommodating and offered advice and techniques to use. The real MVP though goes to Gina, she was amazing in getting our son to sleep and we felt when we left we were prepared to sleep train him at home. Thank you Tweddle Footscray

The staff seem friendly enough, the cafe isn't nice at all, very over priced, the chips my son got must have been made that morning, they were burnt and very dry so had to just throw them in the bin. If you are having to go there consider taking your own food to save yourself the waste of money and having to bin it anyways.

The Midwives and who brought my child into this world were amazing, and the Doctors and Nurses who performed surgery on my partner after her birth were incredible, the care they both received during and after I will be forever grateful for.My only issue is with the “inclusion” during the 6 week birthing course, they called Mothers “birthing people” over and over again, is it just a matter of time before the Women and Babies wing becomes the Birthing and Birthed person wing?I understand it’s good to be inclusive, but merely 1 in 50,000 women who give birth in Australia each year don’t identify as a woman, so it feels like being inclusive to that 1 person excludes the 49,999 mums who do the course, and confuses the Midwife/Midperson who’s teaching all of us Birthing People and Ejaculators (dads). But I suppose HR have to make some use of themselves, anyway, thanks for looking after my family, you beautiful, beautiful people, nothing but love for you all.

We waited over 5 hours with my 12 month old baby. Everytime it was her turn to see the doctor, they claimed other kids needed to move ahead because they had emergencies. I sat there and waited over 5 hours watching older kids over 12 and 13 years who were able to sit and wait and eat and talk (no emergency), get ahead of us to see a doctor whilst theyvexpect a 13 month old baby to wait 3+hours longer? We ended up leaving after 6 hours with no help and came back home with a baby that's developed fever. On top of this because we paid them a full doctors fee for nothing!!They seem to be very biased on who they bump up the line and treat faster.I will never use this facility ever again.

I’m so astounded by these “self-entitled” reviews. Here you have a world-class hospital with the best doctors and amazing staff providing leading health care FOR FREE. Where in the world do you get that? Try the USA? You’ll need to get a second mortgage. This is one of the best hospitals in the world that took such great care of my daughter when she was there. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful team. Definitely the best hospital experience so far, despite the long wait. Everything got sorted out in the end. My son is happy, his arm is fixed, overall a very professional organisation. Keep up the good work RCH! Thanks for looking after us.
