Affordable Hot Water
Had a replacement Rheem 315 litre electric hot water system installed today (and the previous 14-15 year old one taken away).Excellent service from company and installer (Sim). Very happy with whole deal/transaction.

I rang this company about my mums failed hot water service and they gave me a very exceptable quote and were on the doorstep within the hour.Sim the plumber was very courteous and a great tradesman rectifying some previous faults with the plumbing, what he did was a work of art, great to see a tradie with such pride in his work . 10 out of 10.

Just had my Hot water system replaced by these guys. I add that I have worked in trades earlier on in my life so have experience to comment and realise quality of service.They live up to their name “Affordable Hot Water”My system was replaced within 24 hours and quality of workmanship was second to none with the price being extremely reasonable.They also apparently do other pluming work other than just Hot Water.I will definitely be in touch with this company for any future plumbing requirements.Highly recommended

Had a hot water (gas) equipment failure. Though it was a public holiday, Sim from Affordable Hot Water did a fantastic job in fixing the system the same day in a matter of few minutes. Great customer service and very knowledgeable bunch of guys. Keep it up! 5 stars

Very happy to recommend Affordable Hot Water Pty Ltd. Our hot water system failed recently and Sim was able to respond to our call very quickly to assess, recommend and install our new hot water system all within a few hours. Sim was very professional, courteous & polite - he was particularly mindful of current Covid guidelines which was much appreciated - thank you.

Awesome service, our hot water system broke down at night time and we called the emergency no. and quickly arranged a time for service and new tank replacement the next day at noon. Specialist ,Sim ,is VERY friendly and professional, explained to us the problems and everything so patiently and nicely. Sincere service like getting help from a friend of yours! Will surely recommend Sim and the company to my friends!!!

Great business and staff. We had our hot water system done a few months ago and it’s been fantastic ever since. We never run out of hot water anymore. So happy with the service, it was very efficient!Marcel was very personable and allowed my 3 year old to hang around him and learn all about how to fit the hot water system and what everything did. He was stoked.
