Big shout out to Kirby who did our Baby Seat installation.Preparing for a newborn can be a very stressful period, making sure everything is right. Having a professional take care of the baby seat installation really provides peace of mind.Kirby was very knowledgeful and provided in-depth information as well as excellent customer service all while in the direct heat of the sun.Thanks for your efforts, the install looks like it belongs in an art gallery.Cheers!Aaron

I always used to go to this store and didnt have any issues at all but today around 5:00 PM the lady at the self serve desk was very rude she didnt approve when the machine asked for assistance and we decided to switched machines because we were late she didn’t approve for almost 5 mins and then shouted at us for switching machines. Interestingly there was a lady before us who did the same but she didn’t say anything to her. She defo needs to learn some customer service skills

Visiting this store is not a nice experience. The staff are rude and miserable, the manager was also extremely rude. It’s such a shame. There’s so many reviews about the rude service, such a shame that management or head office aren’t doing anything to fix that. I won’t shop here again.

Do better with click and collect.I checked email and phone at 4, had to call store and it hadn't even been packed. Got there after 5 and they were still packing it. All cool. But then two items hadn't been packed so had to go in and ask. No stock I was told....and then check again on way out and another item missing.If the store says ready by 4 pm and not told of missing items until I had to ask, that's not great service LOL.Won't do click and collect again!

Kmart has become a very well known brand in Australia. They stock everything you need and the best thing about it is that their price Reduction unbeatable.

This is quite possibly Cairns most charming and characterful home design shop. Beautiful products tastefully displayed with attentive and courteous service.Always a pleasure to visit!

Great customer service but the building itself is a bit worn down and sad looking.

We went into Baby Bunting at Penrith to compare some prams for my daughter and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Elyssa. Elyssa couldn't help us enough, even though we weren't buying that particular day. We 'test drove' a number of prams and easily settled on the perfect one, which I'll definitely be purchasing at Penrith in the next couple of weeks. In the last couple of days I've been into the store twice and every single staff member I encountered was a credit to the store. They all genuinely appear to be passionate about their work. The depth of knowledge about the products available was highly impressive and the store has a lovely peaceful and calming atmosphere.

I could not rate this team of people more highly.I returned a product to the store that was faulty. Even though the product had been discontinued they went to every length to ensure I had an equivalent product (quite specialised and unique in its function), going as far as contacting multiple supplier reps and hand delivering a replacement to my door- the same day. If that isn’t outstanding service I don’t know what is.We have been using this store for 8 years now and the strength and capability of the team is evident by the fact we continue to see the same faces all these years later.Regional managers, go and give this team a well deserved pat on the back especially your store Managers Luca and Anoushka. Outstanding.Thank you all!
