Stu came to clean our oven today and I'm so impressed with his service and professionalism. The oven looks brand new (which is no small feat), the area where he worked was protected and covered. I would highly recommend Oven Cleaning Newcastle.

Sam responded and quoted promptly, set expectations on timing and kept us informed. When we had a leak during storms he came and did a repair ahead of the scheduled work. Thoroughly professional

This is Joshua currently living in the apartment Vivid Wollongong, a building with quietness and comfort managed by the Lefand Group. I am writing to review their kindness and professional work in dealing with the COVID viruses.Since the start of the most recent wave of outbreak in late June 2021, there were multiple positive cases found living in this building, which really makes me and my neighbours panic. However, the response from our building manager, Mark Biermann, is just relieving. Each time I send emails to enquire the situation of the cases and the solutions might be taken to deal with it, he is always responsive and helpful. Until today, Jan. 14th 2022, the building is undergoing a daily cleaning and sanitising, and there is always refilled hand sanitiser close to the elevator in the building. Warnings of social distances and wearing masks are usually received if anyone tends to be overrelaxed.All these behaviours from Mark and the company are the best I can think they can do to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the residents in this building, which requires continuous work and patience indeed. I would like to say thank you to them representing the residents here, as we are generally safe under their big umbrella and feel safe living in this building.

Extremely rude and unprofessional company! Came home to our apartment building and the worker (says his name is Richard) had blocked the entire driveway to our building (ALL residents, visitors and restaurants owners in the building require this access to get in and out). I initially asked the worker nicely to please move his car so I could get into our garage. The worker became verbally aggressive and complained about the fact that he had to clean our common area. After being verbally abusive, he still refused to move the car. I had to call their office to get the message across. I'm sorry but I thought the service that he provided was a cleaning service as also stated on their website?? Why complain and be abusive about a service that YOU are offering and being paid to do. Please do not EVER engage with this company, there's a reason why it's only rated 3.3 stars.
