This business has just open a couple of weeks and looks quite good from the outside.It is a little tiny spaced but ok to have a quick bite to eat. The cleanliness could be improved and is a little disappointing as it is a newly opened business.The chef uses at least one glove when preparing food. When ordering you have to write the dish number found on the menu onto a block and hand it to the waitress which is at arm length to the till for her to order it.Sadly the food doesn’t look anything than on the menu.

If you are looking for Korean food in Hurstville, do yourself a favour a try Kims Chicken. So far I've tried their Soft tofu stew, Beef rib soup, bibimbap and their Fried chicken (Bone-in). It tastes very authentic and no too salty, which is great.

Quite impressed by their Korean Fried Chicken as it was cooked fresh so the meat was juicy (even the breast) and the batter was very crunchy. The sweet and spicy sauce was good and the dish came with a small serve of picked radish.However, there is one slight concern. We ordered the chicken on the bone and the chicken is obviously chopped up. Being an ex-chef, I could not locate a part of the thigh on two occasions. I seriously hope they have not sneakily taken it out to use for another dish. Next time I might order the entire half chicken uncut.

Chilli dish way to much. Overpowered meal.Steamed rice was to dry. Sitting to long. Didn't get our drinks until we finished our meals. Very slow even though new staff are clearly learning.

Tried out this new Chinese Restaurant at the Midland Gate Shopping Centre. Tried a variety of dishes. Restaurant had a modern feel, service was quick and efficient. Overall food was 3.5-4 and serving large. The drinks were good too. Would I go back, Yes.

We just popped in while walking past and got the best service I can remember getting anywhere, ever. Had an excellent chowder and whole bream that filled us up plus some beers and coffee. A pleasant surprise that made our day. Really great staff.
