So expensive!! They charge double for basic prescriptions compared to other pharmacies. $20 for a box of 20 Amoxicillin antibiotics! I pay $8.50 elsewhere. Multiple other examples from over the years. Staff are really lovely but the prices not so much.

Excellent service. Love that it's got a drive through, and even if you go into the store, they have a one in one out policy with security guards at the door ensuring it happens. With the current social climate, I think this is the best run pharmacy I know of in the Illawarra.

Incredibly professional and efficient laboratory to work with. We employed Leeder Analytical to perform a range of chemical analysis tests and received thorough, detailed MSDS and COA reports plus additional insight from John Leeder.

I highly recommend this Pharmacy as they are very professional but also care about you.

My wife went in there yesterday afternoon to fill a script, the staff were extremely welcoming and professional.Nothing was too much of an ask and the vibe in there was very friendly unlike a lot of other places you go into which are more impersonal these days. It was a refreshing change to deal with people who are down to earth and happy.Highly recommend! 5 star service

I was absolutely amazed by the service here and the expert advice I received from the pharmacist. They are not only wonderful to deal with but truely care about their customers health and wellbeing. Highly recommend.

Disappointed 1st time customer. Wanted to use my repeat script elsewhere but I was only given a copy rather than original which is not accepted. When contacted by the other chemist requesting the original, it was refused. I had to arrange a new script from my GP in order to use a different Chemist. I have since purchased from another chemist that offered a better solution at a better price.

So, my wife and I went to Thompsons Pharmacy Eltham on our wedding day.We needed to get a document notarised ASAP for a visa - yep, unfortunately, that was our situation.We approached the counter (still in our wedding clothes) and we asked the pharmacist for his signature and his notarisation stamp on two A4 sheets of paper.He was simply standing there, a metre or so from us, with his hands in his pockets. The place was quiet, there wasn’t a queue, and he wasn't in the middle of any pressing task.I watched his face change as he realised we weren't at the counter for anything that would provide revenue.Then he looked us in the eye, said that he couldn’t, because he was on a lunch break, and turned his back on us.It would have taken him five seconds. He was literally just standing there.When I think of my wedding day, I think of Thompsons Pharmacy.“Serving the local community”, their billboard says.Guys, when Chemist Warehouse drives you out of business in a few months, please know - you totally deserve it.
