My Dad just startedusing the Type Strong patches for his Libre 2 Sensor. He does Triathlons and the patches kept the sensor working for 14 days of swimming, cycling and running including 5 x 1 hour sessions in the pool. Great product.

What a great shop filled with great staff - lovely Lorraine gave me my Flu vaccine and explained all the ins and outs of it. Sarah went above and beyond researching a vitamin ingredient and finding the products that contained it for me! fantastic service, friendly and helpful.

I first used RID on a Safari in Kenya and was so impressed I immediately tried to buy some in the uk. As it is not available I had look further afield. That’s when I found medibc. After placing an order I realised it was being sent from Australia and expected a long wait. Not so. The product arrived quickly. Approx. Ten days. Well worth it as I live half my life in rural Spain where tiger mosquitoes take their toll. RID really works and thanks to medibc I have regular supplies.

Good service nice chemist

This pharmacy was extremely unprofessional and was the least bit helpful! It was very apparent that none of the pharmacy assistants are properly trained as they didn’t even know how to take in prescriptions correctly! I had to tell them how to to do their job! Not only were they rude with how to they speak to you but also don’t act like the health professionals they’re suppose to be! Not a single care was expressed towards their patients that are seeking medical advice. As someone who also works in a pharmacy I would be utterly disappointed if I ever saw my staff perform in this manner! Disgusting.

I can not recommend this pharmacy. I booked a covid vaccination booster and when I attended they refused to give it to me. They did not know that the ATAGI had expanded winter dosing for covid19 vaccinations on 25 May, to include people aged 16-64 years who have complex, chronic or severe conditions that are considered to increase their risk of severe illness from COVID-19 and insisted I couldn't get it as I was under 65.A discussion on my health was had with the staff and pharmacist in the middle of the chemist waiting area - it was very embarrassing due to the lack of privacy. The pharmacist told me I needed a letter from my GP to be eligible for a vaccination, as I was under 65 and would not take any other form of evidence of my disability - that would prove my eligibility under the new guidelines. Telling me a long winded story about a 15 old boy with asthma who wanted a vaccination (totally irrelevant to my situation). I have since booked with another pharmacy.A total waste of my time and very poor service from this pharmacy.

The staff here went above and beyond to help me out and I am so grateful to them. What a wonderful team who were informative, caring, helpful and efficient in their job. True customer service at its best !!
