Absolutely amazing. I called and arranged a birthday cake order for a good friend from Sydney, and the staff and manager at Laurent Hawthorn were so accommodating, supportive and amazing. It felt effortless and my friend was blown away with the cake. The whole process was simple and quick. I would give them ten stars if I could!

I’ve had coffee here for a number of months now and staff are polite and coffee is good but unfortunately there is a lot of confusion taking orders. Recently and for the third and final time I sat waiting for my coffee for over 20 mins. It wasn’t busy, the barista had just forgotten. Once or twice, well it can happen but three times is a disorganised fail.Update. Service did vastly improve but over the past few months it’s drastically deteriorated again. Upon ordering coffee on quiet days, it is taking more than 15 mins to get my order. Slow service is becoming consistent. Owners are wellbehind the eight ball in running a good cafe/bakery.

Chef Momo's Slices Cakes and Cookies
This shop makes great cakes, slices and biscuits. They are all well priced and do deliver (through UberEats). Very reliable and friendly staff and generous serving sizes of their products. Have bought many items here and will continue to do so.
