Fried chicken takeaway

Orderd a family feast for $49 get all the way home and is missing the two large chips.. make sure u check your bag because this happens alot

Ordered online and i sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my food while maybe 20 people who ordered after me got there food before me. Would not recommend

Been to lots of KFCs and disappointed with cleanliness and freshness of food but this one was of the highest quality. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent food and spotless eating area. Manager here should be proud. Would highly recommend

I was the only person waiting inside yet after 10 minutes I had to go to the counter to tell them I'd made an online order (nothing fancy, just a go bucket that eventually took 20 seconds to throw together). No one bothered to look at the order screen that whole time! I didn't even get an apology

Walked in, started using the self serve board but they weren’t working. nobody at the counter. didn’t see anyone in the shop for 10 minutes. had to download the kfc app to order. there was 2 customers in the shop but it took 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have wings. After all the hassle, the food was horrendous and the tables were dirty

I arrived at the store at 628pm and showed the girl at the counter my online order and she said it won't be long. Minutes had gone by and people before me was getting their orders which was fine, then people who arrived and ordered after me starting receiving their orders and at this point I had waited over 30 mins already!!! So I asked her if my order was coming soon, only to find out that she hadnt put it through.. how terrible. She said it won't be long only to be given my order 7 minutes she said that. All together I had waited over 37 mins for my order!! ALSO when I had arrived home to check my order, they had forgotten my nuggest. This is terrible and the service definitely needs to change!, the store needs to hire more people to help out. Absolutely poor training from management. They definitely need to fix this!

Train your staff acknowledge your waiting customers and this store is understaffed in customer service?

Should have reconsidered my dinna options the moment i walked in considering the state of the floors tables and rubbish laying around, aksed for a large 3 peace feed and what i got was cold unsalted chips 3 bits or bark that were apprentelty chicken and gravey well enough said ...all was binned before i left the premises...good luck to this place if it still standing in a few years time ...

Not the best KFC I have eaten. The large box was half full. I get it, I've worked in hospital before, you restricted on weight and serving size but come on guys fill the box probably. Burger looked like it was slapped together and sat on.

Worst wrap ever for price and taste.Proceeds to make the food and just decides to tell me half the ingredients arent available after I've paid.Used to get great value for money here. Apparently not the case anymore.
