Terrible service from Raine & Horne Commercial Wembley branch. Had to contact them three times to arrange an inspection of a property because no-one bothered to call back the first two times, then one delay after another throughout the leasing process with us having to press them to take action at every stage. We have now leased through them because we liked the property and the property manager is proving just as bad. No proactive contact from them, no information provided, our business is now without power for two days due to their mistake, and their attitude is nothing to do with us". Both the leasing agent and the property manager have been lazy and about as much use as a glass cricket bat. Avoid at all costs. All this can be substantiated if anyone wants to PM me."

Couldn't recommend Enzo and his team enough. As a purchaser, Enzo made every effort to make the process as smooth as possible. He worked tirelessly on the seller's behalf to broker the deal, whilst remaining authentic and genuine for all parties involved.

I have dealt with Ross Scarfone Real Estate in excess of 25 years, although I had met Ross in the early 80's. He came across as extremely knowledgeable and empathetic then, so when it was time to use the services of a commercial agent, this was our man. We have used Scarfone Real Estate for all our commercial purchases, sales and leasing both as tenant and landlord. Paul took over as Property Manager some years ago and is from the same mould as his father. Now that Ross has retired Paul is principal and we still enjoy the same professional service as always. I could not recommend Ross Scarfone Real Estate highly enough.
