Ordered a fluorescent light tube. After 3 days I contacted them as I had not (or thought I hadn't. Turns out it went to Gmails spam folder) received any sort of order confirmation email.I waited about 5 days for a reply but did not receive one so I ended up just purchasing a whole new light (led type) from elsewhere as I needed this light asap and couldn't keep waiting.A few days later they replied saying they were off on a weeks break and this was the reason for the delay in replying and that the item I had ordered was out of stock. It was NOT marked as out of stock when I placed the order or I would not have ordered it in the first place. Nor was I informed at the time of purchase that there would be a delay in processing the order due to them taking leave for a weak.So I replied telling them I had already purchased a light from elsewhere and could they please refund me. I got total silence. They just ignored me.About 3 days later I get an email saying the item had been posted. An item I no longer have a use for because the entire light fitting has been replaced.So the short of the story is this company is dishonest and once they have your money don't expect good after sales service.

Couldn't get any service here. The shop is very untidy. We ended up walking out after waiting for 8 minutes.

Dan and the team at Titanium Electrical really impressed us with the work they did - Dan was professional, communicated really well with us and did a great job. We needed a new plug on our fridge which Dan was able to make time for same day, came by and got it sorted out at a very fair price.We had them back a few days later to sort out some power socket upgrades and tidying up telephone wiring which was done quickly, a tidy job done and performed exactly as quoted. Dan was on time and tidied up after himself which was great.Highly recommend these guys for your next electrical job.

After a great deal of research on lighting sellers I finally found Alti. So glad I did. Great products of high quality, and had exactly what I needed for my sloped ceiling. The products are not cheap but the items are well worth the money. I mostly got products of the X-light brand. They are impressive and of excellent quality. The team were very helpful and friendly when advising me throughout our renovation project. I highly recommend Alti!
