Great service with full-featured banking, and our money stays in Tasmania.

Great bank but very frustrated with the long queue only one teller and one staff member walking up and down the queue trying to cheer everyone one up, lovely guy but the more cheerful he was the more frustrated the rest of us got. Why wasn't he on telling doubling the service efficiency, everyone saw it and I suspect the lovely staff, but I .the scheme of things very minor mismanagement, compared to the dip off big 4

Had been to Morley branch and was put off by the worker who was blunt and not helpful, left feeling stupid. Been to midland twice now and both workers were lovely knowledgeable and patient. Thankyou.

Brad from this branch has worked tirelessly to help my refinance. He was clear and transparent with the product, efficient and totally professional in handling the whole matter. As it involved a complex detangling from a previous bank, I cannot shout loudly enough to say thanks to Brad. He was so patient and never once grew tired of my countless questions in my financial educational journey! Thank you, Brad.PN's product is also a pleasure to manage. It's transparent with its info and simple to navigate. On top of that, its rates are almost a whole percent lower! I couldn't find the latest rate from the previous bank on my account but had to refer to their latest rate elsewhere and then work out which applied to me!!!PN's product speaks for itself. Its staff support the product professionally. 5 stars and above!!

Excellent service in my experience with lower interest rates compared to the bigger banks. Very accommodating staff.

I am a first timer user of the Community First Bank. The services I received so far is at a high bar. The staff members who helped me (particularly Tayla) were responsive, friendly and customer-focused. I felt they were willing to invest in their customers and building relationships. I look forward to my future interactions with them!

Community First Credit Union Narellan have been so helpfull with all enquiries/requests within my banking needs. Sam the branch manager is AMAZING he goes above and beyond to help in any situation and is always very supportive. I can not be more happy with my experience with community first credit union the team is welcoming and supportive.

Consistently poor customer service ☹️

Funny, I have had the opposite experience to the other review left for this branch. I have had ongoing customer support issues with this branch, Brad being one of the main culprits. I live remotely making it hard to go into the branch yet staff keep asking me in to discuss my issues. I wife gets better service from the staff at her online bank.

Having been a very happy customer since the Elcom Credit Union days, we wish to thank Tayla for her recent help, and all the other staff...especially Gorokan staff,.....who over the years, have been most helpful with our financial dealings. Would recommend you all to everyone.
