I just rang up to book a taxi to train station,, I have a chronic illness called fibromyalgia and today my pain levels are bad n my brain isn't working normal(its called fibro fog) first she said not taking bookings BUT THEN asked what time i wanted to book.. That confused my brain, straight up, then she hung up... So to make sure taxi was booked as I need to get train, I rang back to see if she booked it and said I just rang to book a taxi n am just checking" she cut me off n said "yes I booked it for you even though your rude Caroline" and hung up on me.... NO IM NOT RUDE IM CHRONICALLY ILL

Whoever the lady on the phone is was absolutely the rudest person I have ever heard. Yelling at us because she can’t give us a rough estimate on a fare. She then told us to use their app which was down so we called back and she then yelled down the phone again. So aggressive and rude. Absolutely gobsmacked. We now definitely will not be using this service. Either tell her to lose the attitude or GO.

Could not get a cab at 7.30 at night after getting of a train.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. Waste of time, booked a taxi for 10pm after dinner and no one turned up, left stranded in the centre of town with no way to contact them.
