This place is the most miserable place. I don't know how STAFF have their yellow cards with the way they treat their residents. The way they treat their residents is appalling. Resident's are sad and miserable.

Not feeling that it deserves a star. Not a good place to stay or visit. There are some wonderful staff but most are on their own agenda of good money, robbing residents. The staff feel as they have the rights to treat the residents like they are sub human, yet they are the ones screaming and yelling acting like children not getting their own way by throwing tantrums. They pick on residents, if they don't get their own way and the click of staff push the resident out. All goes into how the place looks and not the residents.

I have visited many supportive care facilities in south Australia and Sunnydale would have to be one of the best...definitely the best in the the western suburbs hands down. The place is well presented very clean and tidy excellent staff and the clients seem very happy which is the important part. It is a credit to the owners for providing such a lovely home job well done.

As someone who has had the misfortune of having to visit this facility in a professional capacity I still lose sleep thinking of the devalued vulnerable souls who live here. I witnessed staff laughing at and filming people experiencing severe mental ill health. I witnessed medication mismanagement. I witnessed people being (unwillingly) assisted to go to the toilet in the middle of the day room". I witnessed people fall over in front of staff who continued to sit on their phones and not support the person. I witnessed people who went unwashed
