What a wonderful experience we had purchasing our new car. Bob made it so easy. His 40 plus years of experience in the car industry were evident in his calm, down to earth approach and his expert knowledge. The whole process from first phone call to collecting our new car went so smoothly. Bob is a man of his word and his communication was prompt, clear and and professional. True to his advertising, we got a much better deal than we had managed prior to seeking his help. We still cannot believe how easy and effortless he made it. We cannot recommend him enough.

Contacted office this morning re being sold an item that was reproduction piece, not authentic furniture. Spoke to a man who was very helpful and provided advice for about 25 minutes. A little later he rang back with more advice after speaking to colleagues. It was excellent service. I was impressed with it.

I first met Neil Jenman while working as a journalist for Channel Seven years ago at a time when Neil was on television regularly, uncovering an appallingly high number of real estate agents ripping off mum and dad homeowners and buyers with astonishing regularity. In a world where people are frightened to believe, I have never seen such truth and dedication to helping people avoid this misery. Neil Jenman deserves EVERY accolade. It should be mandatory that everyone contacts him first before entering the real estate bear pit. 50 years of knowledge, customer-focused, and totally trustworthy.

This is a scam! Does not allow sellers or buyers to review if the agent does not sell the property. Therefore any incompetence or unprofessionalism will not show and allow only positive reviews. When I contacted them about it, they were in complete denial like a dirty politician.

They just want your email to fill it with spam. Ignorant business model.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They don’t give you all the accurate information about their products’, they then refuse a refund and say they will only give you a store credit- making you pay for the return of the goods’- they don’t have a phone number you can call- I did not waste my time arguing with them via email, I messaged all my evidence through to them to give them the option to refund me- then I just called consumer and buisness affairs’ straight away and left in with them to deal with.

Pretty disgusted actually. You read their lists of what is available for rent only to find out most of them are already leased and have been for some time. With the situation for housing at present the way it is it's devastating for those desperate for housing. Believe me I am one of those so I know. Get your act together and take down ALL the ones already rented not just some or don't run for homes for rent. Sick of agents telling me the rentals have been leased months ago.

Only allows you to write a review if you have purchased or sold a property with the agent, so in most cases they will be positive.Doesn't allow you to write reviews about your experience with an agent who you may have enquired with or tried to purchase from.
