One of the most genuinely nicest,helpful guys I have had th pleasure to deal with.

After organising water on Friday to be delivered on Monday, new owner Dez rang me minutes before he was ment to come to tell me he won't be coming. Due to the fact that he couldn't service our property, for reasons unrelated to me or my house. The issue lies with a different house. He will however come to a third house on the property.I should also point out he has never been to our house. This was my first interaction with him.When I told him that he was leaving 2 young children and animals without water he told me in not so many words that it was not his problem.He had 3 days to notify me he wasn't cominginstead he waited till the last minute. He has left several people on the area in the lurch by not showing up or not returning calls. In no way is he reliable.He is rude and unpleasant to deal with. When I pointed out his error he hung up on me. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional.
