Hair transplantation clinic

Practice manager (Jennifer) and reception at this clinic are completely incompetent. I waited 3 months to be given the correct script. I was told they would call me back and they would never call me. After a week or 2 passed and I hadn’t received a call I would ring them and they would have no idea what’s going on and you have to start again. This went on for 3 months. Because of them I was almost started on a medication that would have resulted in serious complications because they can’t pass on a simple message to the doctor. The practice manager Jennifer was completely useless as were the reception staff. They finally passed me onto my doctor who also had no idea this had been happening with one of her patients. She had no idea I hadn’t received or started any medication for 3 months after my initial appointment. (reception was very much aware of this issue) Avoid this place at all costs. Complete waste of your time and your money.

I did SMP with Jess for my hairline and it changed my life! I am no longer self conscious when I tie up my hair and it looks so natural no one can tell I did SMP! Jess is such a wonderful lady and so talented!

My overall experience has been very good at the clinic, especially the staff who has done the treatment (Serena) has been wonderful, its my third session so far and i am hoping for the best result.

If you are thinking about a hair system as an alternative non-surgical solution, then I highly recommend SHC! Mery and Steven are fantastic. You'll be well looked after!

I've tried Ashley and Martin and spent thousands with no results. I spend a fraction of that now with instant results! Mery is excellent at what she does and I'm very happy with the service, price and results!

I’ve had previous trouble with hair replacement clinics but since I’ve been to Chelsea I haven’t looked back.

The staff here are some of the best. Jon has always been a fantastic manager, Extremely accommodating and always flexible for short notice changes. The stylists are great too and always friendly. Great studio.

Dushi is a fantastic product. I have recommended it to all my friends.My eyebrows look so much better, and fuller now. So natural, i love it.My husband uses Dushi on his head, and there is a huge improvement.

Highly competent! Sam has a lot of experience doing SMP. He's a wonderful guy, and you won't get disappointed with his skills -- It's an artwork indeed.
