Lola is one of the most gifted dance instructors on the Gold Coast. She is so kind, fun and cool to work with. She is extremely humble and is often sourced via word of mouth and good reviews and she charges extremely reasonably too. My husband and I hire the best and when we chose Lola, we truly did. We chose a song, we were amateur dancers and spent six (6) months choreographing our dance (our choice) though I understand she does teach other students within weeks when sought to. Our wedding guests boasted that they had never seen a wedding dance as spectacular as ours in their lives - to the standard of the professional dance videos you see on YouTube, but even more intricate which suited us as a couple, our song, our venue and my wedding dress - exactly what my husband and I were after! She teaches sooo many different unique styles and moves. I am so grateful to have come by Lola and we were lucky enough to have her availability. She transformed our wedding day with a dance that wowed our guests and now they will never stop talking about it!

We have been attending Lola’s rock and roll dance classes for several several months now. Immediately we recognised Lola’s dance experience and her impressive track record of performing in countless competitions. Lola teaches and dances not only the lady’s steps but also the man’s steps which is helping us immensely through the learning curve. Lola has a natural flair for teaching and makes it fun at the same time. She is very invested in seeing us improve. We will continue to enjoy our dancing journey with Lola and hopefully can move onto other styles of dance in due course. We highly recommend Lola’s dance studio. Thank you Lola. See you Monday night. Can’t say I was impressed

Watched Chris Connor Elvis show at this venue. What a pleasant surprise. The show itself was great as was expected. The venue is a gem. Staff are very friendly and this end of High Street has a lot to offer. Will definitely go back for more events.

We feel so lucky to have found the most compassionate, kind-hearted not to mention Talented dance instructor for our wedding dance and to have her apart of our wedding journey is extremly special to teach our first dance as husband and wife. Lola genuinely cares in every aspect and it shines through in her warm personality. This is the only place to go for wedding couple dance lessons, do not look any further, Lola will create a truely un forgettable dance routine.

The Plaza Ballroom is a classy venue with a real sense of period history. I attended a work Christmas party and it was perfect. I'd imagine it would also be great for big weddings or other special ocassions.

I am happy and proud to be a current student, of at Lola's Dance Boutique. She is the most patient and kind hearted, person I have met. Her teaching methods are simple and productive. If you have had difficulty in learning to dance in the past, then Lola is the person to engage.

Great character filled old theatre. Saw a concert there and booked the dinner and show package. Great venue, but food and drink prices.way over the top. Would have spent more mony there if we xidn't thi k.we were being ripped off
