Our little Jucy Van has taken us to some awesome places over the last 3 weeks (more to come) it has been a good car to drive sleeping in it is comfortable for the two of us even with all our camping, food etc in it, we hired for 52 days/nights to see North, West & South Outback Australia) when we did have any trouble the (Jucy on Road Team) have been fabulous ( sometimes we had no service outback) but they were there for us all the way at one stage we passed out notes to people to call them (they were onto it as soon as they could) I can highly recommend them as hire car service (because we hired for the extended time we took out the stress free insurance it’s a must do out here)As you can see by some of the pictures we were able to see this beautiful country

The 3 of us had a great week with our campervan doing a loop of Tasmania. The van drove well and had no mechanical problems. The 2 hob stove and small fridge allowed us to prepare and cook our meals. As expected the sleeping arrangements are a little tight especially as the table top, which is meant to form part of the bed, didn't fit properly but we made do. And whoever takes the top bed has to be agile enough to get up there.Loved our experience and would book again!

Absolutely fabulous experience in our Cruisin Motor home. We spent 27 nights in a 2 berth camper van. It had everything we needed and was the perfect home to explore Australia in. No problems at all and the staff we have experienced have been super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great staff, super obliging and quick - gave us extra blankets for the cold winter weather. Liked their 20c piece policy (no scratches smaller than will count). The van was super comfy and did the job! Only issue was the reverse parking camera didn’t work, and the 240v charger only worked when the van was plugged into a charging station - but that was a feature (not immediately obvious to us when booking) and not a bug. Would book again!

Have been using Auto Europe to book hire cars in the UK when traveling there now for many years and have never experienced any issues and recommend them whole heartedly. Had booked with them again for a car in the UK just before Covid and had no problem getting a full refund when I had to cancel.

A great way to explore Tasmania but I would choose a different camper company next time.The sales staff were really pushy trying to get you sign up to the maximum insurance and squeeze every last dollar out of you.The camper had a broken front seat, the air conditioning system didn’t work and the table design to convert to a bed was a punish to manuver every morning and night.To top it off - they advised our $5k deposit would be returned within 4 days when we dropped the camper back, and it’s now 12 days later with no sign of it. Not happy at all.

Although I ordered a fiat 500X to be picked up at Milan's Malpensa airport, we were given a Renault Captor. Slightly larger but in very good condition. However, the cleaning was not up to what I would have expected from Avis. The booking was for 22 days and during that time the car gets quite dirty. I recommend that for bookings longer than 14, and if an Avis faciity is nearby, on car wash should be included. We are now in dispute with Avis about an unauthorised charge of Euros 79 for the 22nd day which was clearly paid for and witnessed in both the Auto Europe and Avis documents.

10/10! handover was so quick and easy. The reception staff were really nice to talk to and the vehicle check over was super quick and smooth. Will definitely be using you guys again!

Staff are very friendly. We had it for 10 days and We loved this motor home with beautiful memories! Highly recommend.
