Wally thoroughly enjoyed his massage with Mel, he was completely relaxed after it and napped most of the day. Mel was amazing at controlling Wally to give him his first massage and trust me he can be hard to wrangle sometimes. Our cat is 11years old and we have used many catteries over years and unfortunately some have been absolutely awful and some sort of okay. Whenever Camo came back from catteries she was always stressed and just didn't seem 100%.******Luxury Cat Lodge gets a 6 STAR rating from Camo and I. The facilities are amazing as well as the staff. She has now been back 3 or 4 times with Luxury Cat Lodge and she is always happy and relaxed when she comes home. I can now confidently go away without worrying if she is being treated well. Regina’s advice was so helpful at all times, and her follow-up was next to none. She checked in every few weeks for months, to follow-up on strategies we implemented based on her input. It was obvious that both our family’s and our cat’s wellbeing were her top priorities. Her advice and never-ending resources and ideas, helped us follow through with strategies that were effective in modifying Shilo’s behaviour. Some of them were hard work, but Regina was with us during the whole journey to support and trouble-shoot when needed. Sharyn is amazing! My cats were so happy and healthy when I came back from my trip. Sharyn took excellent care of them and updated me every day with photos and videos. When I came back my apartment was immaculate. After my trip Sharyn also had lots of great ideas to help the cats get along and to address some behavioral issues that had been causing problems. Melina is such a wonderful cat consultant. From day 1 she showed a lot of care and attention for our at-the-time three month old kitten, Ron.Since having regular video consults, Melina have helped us understand Ron's behaviour more and recommended products that have improved our kitten's overall health. What an angel Chris has been. I was at my wits end when Smudge peed all over my apartment, and he offered advice that completely fixed this issue within days. She's also happier with a few lifestyle changes here and there too, which has also made this cat mum happy. Chris really knows his stuff and I really believe he was a cat in a previous life! He gets into their minds and then explains in clear english what their issue may be, and then follows up a number of times after the initial call to make sure everything is traveling well. Worth his weight in gold!

Chris was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable and really knows his stuff.
