Do not go there avoid at all cost judge prowse is unfitt to judge he let's his amotions and dementia/ stupidity get in the way of doing his job he should be removed from his position and replaced with someone who is competent and none biases... p.s he judges the local little league, and guys the sick awfull feeling I get when I am any where near him......well let's just say I wouldn't be letting him anywhere near my kids! that's for shore..
