The place looks a bit daunting, but don't let that put you off. They have great service they run the shop in a proper manner. I hired some DJ equipment here and had no trouble. Everything was tested in front of me before hand-over and tested again upon return.

Kerian recently resored my late uncles 1970's Maton acoustic guitar.This guitar has had quite the journey and was extremely weathered.Kieran went well and truly above and beyond and obviously put so much love and care into the restoration.From restoring the worn and rotting timber in the neck, refretting, sanding back and clear coating warn timber, new tuning keys, new electric pickups and so many other detailed fixes. I can confidentiality say that Kerian really knows his way around a guitar resoration.I am so very happy with the results. Its truly a work of art.Thank you Kieran for bringing my guitar back to life.

I have bought several items here and have found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Whenever you want help, even after you purchase, they are there for YOU. My last visit a few weeks ago I needed a strap for my UKULELE and ANDREW fitted it for me and even tuned it too. They also provide tuition for learning the guitar and Ukulele. The teacher ( HAMISH ) is an AMAZING teacher. Even though I was only buying a simple Ukulele strap I was served the same as if I was buying a high end expensive guitar. Their stock is amazing and anything musical they will have it. I may graduate to learning the guitar with Hamish and I know I will receive the very best help from ANDREW and BOB and all the staff to choose the right Guitar for a BEGINNER. Of course, it maybe a little busy when you go there but that is because they are very popular, not only because of their amazing musical collections but because of their genuine help and friendly service. I bought a cello and the staff, Sariah, was very patient and helped me test it all the time. She was very professional and taught me how to play it. I had some problems with my credit card, and she was very friendly and kind to help me pay. Thank you very much for her help. I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

Brilliant shop with a huge range of guitars, amps, pedals etc to suit all budgets. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Rueben who provided great advice and fantastic service, really going the extra mile. Will definitely be back.

Kailen was extremely helpful, really appreciated the time he spent going over what I needed. Will be coming back for sure.I broke my violin bow so popped in the Moorabbin store to look for a replacement. Also had an older bow that needed to be fixed. New to the instrument so it was my first time with broken anything. Kailen was super helpful, showed me a range of bows and talked me through the repair process for the older bow. Really appreciated the friendly service and was an overall great experience.
