I've had such a poor customer experience like this before but I feel it's important to warn future buyers. I was told I would have a quote for used containers including specified Hiab transport for an agreed price on the phonr. The quote never came so the next day (less than 24 hours) I called again and the sales person forgot to send it. But apparently by then the prices had changed. And the best price that the team could do was over $800 more than the original price. As penance, the person promised" to personally inspect the containers himself even though they live over 3 hours away from the yard where the containers would come from. First indicator of possible foul play.For whatever reason the Hiab transport was suddenly only a sideloader which was specially told would not suit the site requirements. It took days to resolve and negotiate until the Hiab was secured. Second indicator.On the day of transport I was already en route to the site

Easy loading

I was concerned with spending money on a product without seeing it first, especially with all the scams happening right now with shipping containers. We decided to risk it for the biscuit as the quote from this company was unbeatable.Safe to say it paid off. We received a solid 40ft container to our property in Jindabyne and on time.I would recommend this company and in particular Eliah, as his customer service was outstanding.We are happy with the product and our experience with Port Shipping Containers.

Loading aluminum slabs.

Had to pick up a imported car from these guys and they were brilliant. Even though they were very busy we still had a bunch of guys come and help us load it up.

Online booking was simple. Picked the non busy times. Was in and out in 20 mins.The staff were amazing. The forklift drivers were awesome. So good to watch them in action.Overall a great experience.Thanks guys

Eliah was great to deal with, gave us the best price & was more then happy to go back & forwards with sending through quotes until we decided on what we needed. Unfortunately after purchasing we ended up having a substantial amount of rain for months on end meaning our choice of placement for our container was a mud pit. Eliah was more then happy to hold of delivery until we could get the area ready & then organised delivery within 2 days of us giving the go ahead. Would highly recommend Port Shipping Containers to anyone

Staff was great. Made the difficult easy.

We tried to collect our goods from WSI depot in Sydney on 27 October and we were late by 2 minutes and rejected by the gatekeeper even though we tried to ring beforehand that we will be late and the traffic was bad at the time. To make things worse, we had to return the next day and we came back at 7.00am and been OVERCHARGED for storage! WSI charges are ABOVE market price of $60/cbm per day and we were charged over $1000 for 11.3cbm including $100 handling fee++WSI can say they are strict with time, BUT I WOULD SAY THEY ARE UNREASONABLE WITH THEIR SERVICE AND CHARGES, DEFINITELY THEY DON'T PUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEIR PRIORITY. Sorry to say that we will never use their service ever again.
