Dr Sathah Sivabalan - Eastwood Kids
Dr Sivabalan has been amazing. He is really thorough and caring. He is good with kids and made my usually shy daughter feel comfortable and do all the tests that were needed. The receptionists have been great too. Very friendly and professional. Have both had to call/email and go to the office face-to-face and I have always gotten excellentservice from all of them! Will continue going here whenever my my kids need to see a pediatrician.

1st consultation with Dr John (paeds) today. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders after a year of getting no where with prior professionals. He actually listened. He went through everything from a to z. He spent an hour with me. He explained everything even showing diagrams in a way I could understand. He has such an amazing bed side manner when I had abit of a teary. I know my little boy & myself are in good hands now & will have a brighter future thanks to John.

I'm 78 and went there as I was close to a nervous breakdown after 10 months of trying to get rid of bed bugs. I briefly saw Dr Matt and he said the only proof of bed bugs was to catch one!!! My body is covered in bed bug bites and I'd just as soon be dead. I'm disgusted by the total lack of care.

Having a newborn is super overwhelming even the second time around but Kim was quick to ease my concerns, she took the time to make sure that my son was happy and healthy but more importantly she took the time to make sure I was happy and healthy.

One rating is for poor customer service on call. You can tell the harsh reality to the person politely rather being impolite. Also you should not be misrepresenting the information and then acting like client is wrong and you are right. Please it reflects your policy and your business.
