I messed up and needed a renewed passport urgently. My chances of making my flight were slim, but the passport team pulled a rabbit out of their hat and got me my daughter's passport in time for our trip to Malaysia. Thank you Owen and his supervisor for going above and beyond and staying around to make it happen.

Seems like a nice guy, was open and honest. Does not do work related visas, however, specialises in family and appeal cases, criminal history cases where visa has been rejected etc, the harder ones. Professional.

The most arrogant & rude man ever. Extremely unhelpful & because, according to him, the Auspost website is misleading, will more than happily over charge you as he isn't up to date with the new parcel post rates.

To be clear, the 1 star has nothing to do with the staff, they were amazing under the circumstances, it's a review of the system itself which is fundamentally broken.I waited 13 hours in the rain to be told to come back 48 hours later and wait another 5 hours!This was after waiting 4½ months for the passport to come through and we were travelling in 4 days time.Again, the staff were amazing but just massively underfunded and under-resourced.Get your applications in early people!

This review is mostly for the establishment and not the service. Despite the massive crowd I reckon they did manage the show pretty efficiently. Allowing just enough people to the 7th floor. up in the 7 floor too the crowd management is decent. This biggish bloke, bit loud part of the security to ensure some peace and calm is hilarious... Shout out to you mate... Don't remember the name... Coffee shop at the entry.. Coffee ain't that bad either

Wrote to Ian to query about an ancestor visa and received back a very rude email saying ‘hopefully immigration have a sense of humour’ which I found unnecessary and hurtful. I have full documentation of my ancestry but will not be dealing with this unprofessional man.

Picking up the Passport was straightforward and was at a separate Pop-Up location. Staff were not on-sight or ready by 8:30 am. They started actually working by about 8:37 am.I feel for anyone, like myself, who had a Passport issued with an error and had to deal with unempathetic employees. When crying to myself, I was told, There's no point being upset here" "Stop being so pushy

Staff have patience. Deborah was very helpful. Please request clearly to the staff members how they can help you. I choose the priority option to renew my passport, and collect from Passport office at the post office. The priority promises - RETURN IN 48 HOURS. Fingers crossed it will be back by Wednesday.

Have you watched Kim’s convenience on Netflix ? Jim is basically a Kim. Don’t hate on the attitude he’s very practical and yes a little impatient, but look at the bright side, letters and packages get sent on time, most people on passport pictures look single chinned, and it’s the only local post office in the area, without him, you’d need to walk another 30 mins. 5 stars for that alone. Thanks Mr Jim.

The guy there is always rude to me. I believe his name is Jim. Whenever I walk in he gets angry at me and talks to me in a very rude tone of voice. I've never been rude to him or mistreated him in anyway. He needs to sort out his emotional issues. It seems that he has something against me personally. It's quite disappointing for me as I expect the staff/owner there to treat customers better. The wait to be served is often quite long also. Would not recommend to go there, as I always feel unwelcome there.
