Very good reserve with good facilities. However, parking is a perennial problem around this place.

Laser Siege Sydney
Great fun for the kids! My son had his birthday party here with a group of 14 kids. They all had a good time and the adults too! Each game of laser seige goes for 12 minutes and we had 4 games in our bday package (deluxe) plus free xbox and coins for the arcade games which was a hit. We ordered a platter of sandwiches to go with the party - in hindsight I would have skipped this as they were not very nice - dry and plain. All ages would have fun here - my 4 year old played the game and adults including myself!

I EXPERIENCED THE WORST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER IN THIS PLACE.I had a very bad experience there and let me tell you why in detail. When we arrived there for my daughter’s birthday, the staff were confused about the birthday package we ordered and I had to find my email and show them, so the system is very poor and not organised at all. There is no air-conditioning or proper ventilation, so all kids’ faces were red and sweaty. Upstairs is so hot. The couches for parents to sit upstairs are very old and doggy. Not much seating available upstairs and downstairs for parents. Downstairs hasn’t been taken care properly and everything looks old and not properly clean. They should think of renovating. Considering the amount they charge you for a birthday party, it’s not even a nice-looking venue to have your party there.During our party after a while kids felt thirsty and there was nothing on our table. We ordered Platinum Birthday package with some extras but when we asked them to bring some tap water and cups for kids, they said you should pay as they forgot we had Platinum package which includes unlimited cordial, but they didn’t even bring some water!!! So, we had to pay for some bottles of water ourselves as kids couldn’t wait! Also, the food served very late almost at the end of the party, so all my guest had nothing to eat during the party and the food served very late when the venue was about to close. As I mentioned earlier they were confused about the birthday package we ordered and although I showed the lady that it’s platinum and I’ve paid $50 deposit, she did a mistake and she charged us 50$ more, so haven’t considered deposit. I figured that out when we got back home, and I calculated everything! So, I emailed them as soon as I found out and guess what! It takes 16 days to get sorted by their admin team. I followed up with five emails so finally they paid it.In conclusion this venue has a very poor management system, and they are not taking care of everything properly. I’m not complaining the girls who are working there (one star is for them), but everything I explained is the result of poor management.

Stirling Leisure Centres - Hamersley
I am very blessed to be able to go to the Hamersley Community centre to have physio exercises. This is organised for me by Community Physiotherapy. I was very happy to do the exercises although I was unable to last for an hour. I need to get fitter as it will help me to enjoy my life more. Also to help me not to have so many falls. Good luck to those who are disabled exercises will make a big difference.

As a user of one of the After the bell programs we were notified on 23/08/17 that closure would be 22/09/17 this is less than a calendar month and works out to be 4 weeks and 3 days notice. We were advised at this time that After the Bell (OSHcare) had been looking at the sustainability of running the after school care for “years” prior to closure yet the parents were never advised of the situation until it came time to close. The parents of these particular programs now face the prospect of having to pay $47 a session at the only day care centre in town that offers after school care or we have to find some way of getting our children the 11.9km to another provider in another town or we have entertain the other option of having to disrupt our children's education and actually change the school altogether. To add to this insult After the Bell gave the impression that the closure is a result of actions by our School ( they would not assist with funding), your company should feel ashamed. The school is a government run school funded by tax payers it is not an after school care provider, that is what your company is supposed to provide, a company that has already got government funding but the way of parents fees being reduced with CCB/CCR.According to a parent that was involved in the initial start of the program at our school four years ago, this company (when it was OSHcare) gave an undertaking that they were there for the long haul" as this was a required service. Now we have been advised it has taken 3 to 4 years to come to this decision! So after all this stress and upset
