Luggage store

Able to get what I want but not many choice left for the crossbag of the brand I want. I know is busy on 26 Dec but you can't said you don't take member as it take times to load on the computer. Lucky another staff come over and take the member details when make payment.

Good amount of stock and friendly staff. Decided to buy a carry on bag they have all the airline standard sizes and it's good sometimes to try the bag out in a store rather than order online. Heaps of parking space.

They dont deserve any stars. Walked in to look at a suitcase at 8:43pm Thursday 9/3/23 got a dirty look from the girl behind the counter who was gossiping about someone to either another staff member or a friend (unprofessional) I said Im just going to have a quick look at that bag" pointing to a suitcase on the shelf and was rudely informed "we shut in 5" which prompted me to look at my phone and the time was 8:43pm

Need to learn customer serviceVery disappointed

I had purchased an Antler travel luggage bag that had 10 year warranty from Strandbags(Roselands). I've since used this only 3 times before noticing a manufacturing fault for the inner frame of the travel bag. Knowing that it was still within the 10 year warranty, I went in to the store to request a repair for the frame fault and received the most unprofessional and aggressive customer service from the employee working there - trying to refute the product warranty and dismissively turned me away without wanting to provide any assistance in such a demeaning manner, I was trash. I was luck to have other Strandbag employee Erlinda was there to see the situation and de-esacalate by listening and helping my set up with the repair. There needs to be re-training at that store on how to treat people like people - not trash.Thanks again Erlinda.
