Went to Weber Capalaba today and the customer service was excellent. The showroom was very well set up, neat and welcoming for me and my husband looking for our new BBQ. We are very new to the BBQ game and the salesman who served us was very knowledgeable and helped up make the right choice for us. He also had just cooked up some poor belly for taste tests which was delicious. Made the shopping experience helpful and enjoyable. Many thanks for the team.

Highly Recommended!!Unbelievable customer service, after loosing tack of time and trying other stores, I desperately needed to get my gas bottle filled before a camping trip I arrived 10 minutes before closing time. The lovely gentleman happily helped me with out question filling my gas bottle and wishing me a safe and happy trip.Thankyou for your kind and friendly service. You have definitely won me as a returning customer!

Excellent customer service!I went into the store today, to get some info & tips for my Weber Kettle, that my grandfather has passed onto me & I've never used one before. Leon was very informative with explaining the tricks of roasting & searing. Also, I happened to walk in at the appropriate time, as Leon & Bryce had just finished cooking pork belly & showed me how & what they had done.I can not wait to try it with mine!Thank you so very much!

Weber Aussie BBQ and Fireplaces is a great store will a broad selection of grills catering to all size needs. There are lots of original Weber accessories as well, that make excellent birthday presents. I was looking for a grill plate for bacon and got very good advice and it being the older model Genesis I even received a free plate, which was a nice surprise! Easy parking in front of store.
