Mobile home park

Have been here 2 years in a row in April at the end of school holidays (2022, 2023). Overall, it's a great park. Not too many people at those times. Close to town and the linear park to walk in. There is a well setup camp kitchen, unfortunately it's near the front gate and too far to use for campsites along the oval. The kids loved the pool, adventure playground and games room. We went with a large group so the games room was handy in the wet weather. The first year we were woken by a hot air balloon launching off the oval. There are 2 new playgrounds this year.

As a Cairns locals we've been enjoying the place for years both as campers and staying in the beachfront units.This stay in the campground is not so pleasant - the place resembles a building site in places. Constant tree lopping work going on with the bobcat beeping all day when it reverses kind of trashes the tranquil atmosphere we come here for.To add insult to injury the the camping rate has been hiked up by $10 to $46 per night by the new owners.Yes, there are landscaping improvements ahead but we shouldn't be expected to endure that AND cop the increase. Just not acceptable.I can't fault the current management but expect the owners to address this.

What a great place to camp. We stayed march 17-19 as a last minute quick break. We stayed in our own tent on a powered plot. The facilities were excellent and so clean! All staff were very helpful and smiley. We will definitely go back here. Was great value for money.

A great park, amazing views, we had a site with astroturf, great during rainy weather. The amenities are heated, and there's a great fire pit, bbq's & tables with a sensational view over the water. Heated pool, coffee van, great playground & walking distance to cafe's & restaurants.

Just a short stay for me, unfortunately. Stayed in my tent with a small dog on a powered ensuite site. The amenities were clean and well-appointed. The Park overall was lovely. Management/staff were friendly, incredibly helpful, and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will more than likely stay again!

Great little stop in our town always beautiful food and a friendly face

A great oasis in out back Cunnamulla, lovely drive through sites with gardens and grass between. The amenities are very clean and spacious and the camp kitchen and fire pit are added bonuses.

Brilliant stay at Forest Fields, so well maintained. Really lovely couple of nights, the owners were friendly and welcoming.The cleanest long drop toilets we have ever used! Enjoyed the bush shower experience. Mozzies were vicious at dusk, but nothing some repellent and an antihistamine can’t fix. Don’t forget your cash for firewood!

Great quiet location, just opposite the beach. The caravan park is very neat and well laid out, I was only camping in a tent but thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. The amenities block is getting a little dated but everything is clean and working. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
