Our car broke down just out the road and this is our experience..1 The day it happened a local Land Rover owner came out with the relevant diagnostic tool to see if he could help. Lovely guy , offered his place to camp if we needed it2. The next day the tow truck driver rearranged his day to get to us early so we weren’t stuck in the lay-by too long3. The charge for the tow of car and 24 ft caravan was more than reasonable4. The mechanic went above and beyond and charged a minimum fee when he found the car was terminal5. The local Ingenia holiday park fitted us in at once and assured us even though it was peak time they would find a place for us for as long as we needed6. We have visited several shops and the local Adelaide Hotel and everyone has been cheerful and obliging.Moruya council you should be proud of your businesses and your residents. This town has turned a disaster on its head and made it into ‘thank goodness it happened here’.

A shining example of the incompetence of the government and the people it hires.Dealing with these morons is like beating yourself to death with a cricket bat.Don’t live anywhere around here if you’re not keen on being harassed by tax hungry sociopaths

I would like to thank the Staff and Contractors that replaced the footpath out the front of my shop. I cannot praise their inclusiveness, professionalism and concern for my business during this time enough. You were all great. Thank you

It's really great to see Penrith City Council are engaging in more community minded programs like The Village Cafe and the events on down by Triangle Park. The Skirts Program by MCA and Council was fantastic aswell.Inclusivity is improving with more people in the community who are disadvantaged are being given more opportunities to come to different programs/events run by Council.I am a bit worried about how the area is being developed, I've noticed this especially down by Hickey's Lane where there is a new development happening there I've had to fix up some of the trees because they had fallen over, I've done this elsewhere aswell. When places are being developed and the trees and gardens cut down nobody is managing the gardens and trees after the development is finished.I've also noticed that when I contact Penrith City Council sometimes they help with your issues and sometimes they don't help and your email gets ignored.

Has to be the worst council in NSW, I live in a semi industrial area and there are a million potholes the size of a full grown turtle, trucks and cars are swerving just to avoid these and almost causing accidents, I’ve notified them now for atleast 2 months, everytime they come to fix the pothole, they do a bad job and the pot hole expands. Also have very bad customer service.

This library has a lot of books to read about aboriginal culture especially in Kakadu National Park. The collections are old but informative.

Your parking inspector, Stanley, gave me a parking ticket after claiming he had marked our tyres twice however we know he had only been to the car park 10mins prior to giving myself and a colleague parking tickets. The parking inspector has on multiple occasions come back to check tyres after 45mins - not 2 hours as per stated on car park sign. We have emailed multiple times requesting parking permits as we are happy to pay for them however no one has responded to our request. We are placing formal complaints and have already previously gone to the local MP regarding the situation. We have had multiple parking tickets this year and never argued them however having requested assistance from the council regarding the situation yet having no solution its beginning to feel as if they are only concerned with revenue raising.
