Five stars to Gerard Leslie as our current OC Manager - he has done a tremendous job turning things around with the multitude of issues with our OC/property. Unlike previous OC Managers, he takes the time, returns calls/emails, and goes above and beyond. Our OC/property issues would be a lot worse if we didn't have Gerard on the job, and I am very grateful that he is now our OC Manager. Thanks Gerard!

Made a mess of a number of things. Failed in a number of areas, messed up meetings costing owners huge $$$ in added costs. Not chasing up issues outstanding.

Worst body corporate EVER!! They don't care about anything. Don't liase with contractors in regards to works that need to be done. Don't give notice to landlords /tenants for road works in the driveway anthat messes up your garden... So basically the only thing they know is how to collect money... And then don't do ANYTHING with it!!They can't even afford to put a plaque in the front as the law requires... It's basically a one woman (horror) show...(Note: the writer is a tenant in a complex of units 'managed' by this company, who is heavily impacted by the very amateur approach of this company)

My husband and I are very happy with Rita and her team's work with our settlement. She had to contend with clients who happened to be travelling just around the settlement time, but she took us on board and did an excellent job with our mortgage broker and banks as well as the seller. Thank you very much for your hard work and we know who to come and talk to next time we need settling!
